a celebrity-filled, star-studded weekend

It was another all-star weekend at Privé Las Vegas. The festivities kicked off on Friday with a special performance by Robin Thicke following his concert at The Pearl. Robin was joined by his father Alan, from Growing Pains fame, as the two were escorted to their VIP table. At about 1:30 am. Thicke made his way to the DJ booth where he grabbed the microphone and sang his hits, "Wanna Love U Girl" and "Lost Without U." Taking in the performance was Beverly Hills 90210 actor Luke Perry and PEEPSHOW star Kelly Monaco.


Then on Saturday night, fight fans and celebrities showed up in droves to party at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino hotspot. First to arrive was Extra TV's Mario Lopez, who was hosting the evening for the nightclub. Lopez spent the night drinking Vodka tonics and hanging out with friends until 3 a.m. Arriving shortly after was British actor and comedian Russell Brand who chatted with several ladies at his VIP table. Finally, actor Stephen Baldwin smoked cigarettes and danced to the music, while Sean "P. Diddy" Combs made a brief cameo and enjoyed a Ciroc Vodka drink mixed with soda, while chatting with Vegas elite.


Finally on Monday, Grammy award-winning artist Ashanti took over Privé's Monday night We Rock Hip Hop party with a special surprise performance of several of her hit songs. Ashanti hit the DJ booth at 2 a.m. and performed to a packed room. The crowd rushed to the DJ booth to get a snapshot of the singer and dance to the tunes. Ashanti drank Evian water all night and left shortly after 3 a.m.
